This elegant but welcoming waterfront restaurant will open in early 2026 on the edge of Saltleaf Marina —the ideal perch for boat and sunset watching. Celebrating the bounty of the Gulf, the warmth of the grill, and the soul of Italy, it’s acqua meets bistecca.

At Acqua Bistecca, steaks and seafood are reinterpreted with discerning Italian influence. Handcrafted pastas, seasonal vegetables and vibrant antipasti represent the restaurant’s focus on quality ingredients, bold simplicity and soulful execution. Bring your friends to share oysters and negroni mignonettes at the raw bar. Or a meal of delicately charred steaks brushed with red Lambrusco butter.
