Naples Prices Are Pushing SWFL’s Wealthiest Buyers Up the Coast

Naples has long been Southwest Florida’s default address for buyers with money to spend, but the math there has changed. As prices in Naples property have climbed into territory that gives even wealthy buyers pause, a growing number of them are looking north, past the city limits and into stretches of coastline that, until recently, barely registered in the luxury conversation.
