Tuesday morning, Jason Drew was "Gulfcoasting" at Acqua Bistecca in the coastal village of Saltleaf, taking in the waterfront views and the la dolce vita vibe behind Chef Michael Mina's newest concept. The restaurant marks the MINA Group's debut in Southwest Florida, bringing a nationally recognized culinary name to the region for the first time — and giving the community a new gathering place right on Estero Bay.
